Careers

Our mission is to provide the highest quality representation to each and every one of our clients.  To meet it, we are always interested in exploring opportunities to add strength and depth to our team.

We are a family law firm, representing clients in family law matters.  Though that is the focus of our practice, we serve clients of various backgrounds, professions, and personal circumstances, including business owners, retirees, stay-at-home parents, trust-fund recipients, teachers, policemen, investors, lawyers, doctors, professors, etc.  Our practice is comprised of complex, sophisticated matters, drawn primarily from referrals from former clients, former opposing parties, and fellow attorneys from both in and outside Virginia.  Our role as family law attorneys is multi-faceted and constantly evolving.  Each individual case requires a tailored strategy and, in turn, an ever-expanding and finely tuned collection of skills and talents.  Meeting those needs requires a team that has been properly trained for the job – a team dedicated to excellence and willing to work for it.

We expect team members to be self-starters, constantly driven to perform to the best of their ability and committed to improving and refining their craft day in and day out.   We require integrity, civility, and accountability.  In exchange, we offer generous compensation and other benefits, a respectful and collegial work environment, and the opportunity for each team member to strike an appropriate balance between professional and personal commitment, all while playing an important and meaningful role in helping our clients and their children through a very difficult time in their lives.

We are currently looking to hire another Associate Attorney.

We are seeking motivated attorneys to join our practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia or prepared to obtain licensure, possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be prepared to work on challenging, sophisticated matters.  Third year students, recent graduates, and experienced lateral candidates will be considered.
