Katie is originally from Fairfax and now lives with her husband in Louisa. Katie has extensive experience in law office management and accounting. She serves as the firm’s office manager and bookkeeper.
Mrs. Beth Brooks
Beth is originally from Charlottesville and now lives in Fluvanna with her husband. Beth attended High Point University. She serves as a legal assistant.
Mrs. Nikki Smith
Nikki is originally from Oregon and now lives in Orange with her husband. They have five children. Nikki has extensive customer service experience. She serves as the firm’s receptionist and administrative assistant.
Mrs. Karen Fiedler
Karen is originally from Delaware and now lives in Albemarle with her husband and son. Karen is a graduate of the University of Delaware. She is our lead paralegal.
Ms. Carson Arnold
Carson is originally from Martinsville, Virginia and now lives in Charlottesville. Carson graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2025. She is a paralegal.
Mr. Preston Hutter
Preston grew up in the Charlottesville area and graduated from Liberty University in May 2025. He is a Paralegal and Operations Support Specialist.
